What is RIS items?

Pre-Order items are items that we have sourced privately for you under Pre-Order terms and conditions. Standard timeframe for Pre-Order items is 3 to 5 weeks (excluding weekends and P.H.)

What are the delivery options?

Orders may be delivered to UAE only.
The following delivery options may be offered depending on the region and the availability of wanted item.
UAE: – Standard delivery – 1 to 3 business days
​Delivery to other countries depends on the availability and capabilities of delivery company.

How much does the delivery cost?

Free delivery around the UAE from AED 2,000 of purchase
Delivery of orders below AED 1,999 is AED 30

What are my payment options?

You may pay your order with the following methods:
– Bank Transfer, AlAnsariEx, Western Union, Moneygram, Cash On Delivery or Card On Delivery (2% Service Charge is applied).

How to pay for Pre-Order item?

Pre-Order item requires a non-refundable (in terms of cancellation) 30% pre-payment and 70% the rest payment upon delivery. You may pay your Pre-Order with the following methods:
– Bank Transfer, AlAnsariEx, Western Union, Moneygram or Cash On Delivery

What are the conditions of return?

Items purchased can be returned for refund or exchange within 2 days from the delivery date.

Nevertheless please note that worn, engraved, personalized, customized and damaged creations are not eligible for returns.

Please note, that in case of return of the Pre-Order item, non-refundable prepayment of 30% will remains with us as a store credit and can be used to purchase other items with us. For more information contact us via WhatsApp.

How can I return an order?

To return your order, you may contact us via Telegram or WhatsApp and we will organize a pick up date for your parcel.

Refunds are processed through bank transfer and typically take 3 to 5 working days to complete.

Can I exchanged or return a gift?

A client (a buyer) or a recipient of a gift may return or exchange our items within 2 days following delivery.

In terms of refund, only the client (the buyer) will be entitled to receive a refund of the price difference if the returned product is more expensive than the exchanged item.

If the returned product is less expensive than the exchanged item, the Gift Recipient will be charged the difference in price.

Do you provide with after-care services?

Items purchased from us are entitle for free cleaning and polishing services within 6 months from the delivery date.

Repair request?

For a repair or maintenance request, please directly contact us via Telegram. We will take responsibility for your item and send it to our workshop. You may require to pay repair fees. For further information, you may contact us via Telegram or WhatsApp

Can I engrave my piece?

You may engrave a selection of items when placing your order. Engraving can increase the delivery time.

Can I adjust the size of the purchased item?

To ensure the perfect fit and your absolute comfort when wearing your item you can adjust the purchased item. This intervention is available for most of the items, depending on their technical and aesthetic specifications. We kindly advise you to contact us via Telegram to confirm your need.

How much does it cost to adjust a creation?

We offer this service as a courtesy for 3 months after purchase. Beyond 3 months, the price of the service depending on its specifications. Please contact us via WhatsApp to get an estimate.

How long does it take for the adjustment service to be completed?

It takes less than 1 week for the adjustment service to be completed, but each intervention lead time may vary, depending on the complexity of the work required.

What material do you use?

Our jewelry is fine jewelry. We are using 18-carat solid gold and precious genuine stones. It will never tarnish and can be worn day in and day out.

What diamonds do you use in your jewelry? ​

In our jewelry usually we using SI1, VS2, VS1 diamonds G to H color. As per customer needs, we can customize jewelry with VVS1-VVS2 diamonds.

Do you custom-made jewelry?

Yes, absolutely. We can do any kind of jewelry from simple delicate designs to high jewelry.
