What are RIS items?

What are Pre-Order items?
Pre-order items are specially made-to-order for you under our Pre-Order terms and conditions. The standard timeframe is 2–3 weeks (excluding weekends and public holidays)

What are the delivery options?
We ship worldwide. Fees and delivery timelines are calculated based on your location.
– UAE: Standard delivery in 1–3 business days.
– International: Delivery times depend on item availability and the courier
How much does the delivery cost?
– UAE: Free delivery across the UAE for orders of AED 2,000 and above. A delivery fee of AED
30 applies to orders below AED 2,000.
– International: Delivery fees are calculated based on the location.
What are my payment options?
You may pay your order with the following methods:
– Bank Transfer, Al Ansari Exchange, Western Union, MoneyGram, Cash on Delivery, Card on
Delivery (2.5% service charge applies), Tabby (2.5% service charge applies), Tamara (6.99%
service charge applies), or Ziina Payment Link (domestic card: 2.9% + VAT; international card:
4.4% + VAT)

How to pay for Pre-Order item?
Pre-order items require a non-refundable (in case of cancellation) 30% pre-payment, with the
remaining 70% payable upon delivery.
– The 30% pre-payment may be made via Cash, Bank Transfer, Al Ansari Exchange, Western
Union, MoneyGram, or Ziina Payment Link (domestic card: 2.9% + VAT; international card: 4.4%
+ VAT)
– The remaining 70% balance may be paid via Bank Transfer, Al Ansari Exchange, Western Union,
MoneyGram, Cash on Delivery, Card on Delivery (2.5% service charge applies), Tabby (2.5%
service charge applies), Tamara (6.99% service charge applies), or Ziina Payment Link (domestic
card: 2.9% + VAT; international card: 4.4% + VAT)

What are the conditions of return?
Items purchased can be returned for refund or exchange within 2 days from the delivery date.
Please note that each item is eligible for only one return or exchange. Once a product has been returned or exchanged, the transaction is considered final. Any item received as part of a previous return or exchange will no longer qualify for further return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances.
Nevertheless please note that worn, engraved, personalized, customized and damaged creations are not eligible for returns.
Please note, that in case of return of the Pre-Order item, non-refundable prepayment of 30% will remain with us as a store credit and can be used to purchase other items with us. For more information contact us via WhatsApp.
Are there any exceptions for certain payment methods?
Orders paid via Tabby or Tamara are final sale with no returns or exchanges. Items must be checked upon delivery before payment. Any bank or payment processing fees (card or link) are nonrefundable.
How can I return an order?
To return your order, you may contact us via WhatsApp, and we will organize a pickup date for your parcel.
Refunds are processed through bank transfer and typically take 3 to 5 working days to complete.
Can I exchanged or return a gift?
A client (a buyer) or a recipient of a gift may return or exchange our items within 2 days following delivery.
In terms of refund, only the client (the buyer) will be entitled to receive a refund of the price difference if the returned product is more expensive than the exchanged item.
If the returned product is less expensive than the exchanged item, the Gift Recipient will be charged the difference in price.
Do you provide with after-care services?
Items purchased from us are entitle for free cleaning and polishing services within 6 months from the delivery date.

Repair request?
For a repair or maintenance request, please directly contact us via WhatsApp. We will take responsibility for your item and send it to our workshop. You may require to pay repair fees. For further information, you may contact us via WhatsApp
Can I engrave my piece?
You may engrave a selection of items when placing your order. Engraving can increase the delivery time.
Can I adjust the size of the purchased item?
To ensure the perfect fit and your absolute comfort when wearing your item you can adjust the purchased item. This intervention is available for most of the items, depending on their technical and aesthetic specifications. We kindly advise you to contact us via WhatsApp to confirm your need.
How much does it cost to adjust a creation?
We offer this service as a courtesy for 3 months after purchase. Beyond 3 months, the price of the service depending on its specifications. Please contact us via WhatsApp to get an estimate.
How long does it take for the adjustment service to be completed?
It takes less than 1 week for the adjustment service to be completed, but each intervention lead time may vary, depending on the complexity of the work required.
What material do you use?
Our jewelry is fine jewelry. We are using 18-carat solid gold and precious genuine stones. It will never tarnish and can be worn day in and day out.
What diamonds do you use in your jewelry?
We typically use VS2–VS1 diamonds in G–H color. Upon request, we can also customise pieces with VVS1–VVS2 diamonds.
Can you use lab-grown diamonds?
Yes, we can customize jewelry using lab-grown diamonds according to your preferences.
Do you make custom-made jewelry?
Yes, absolutely. We can do any kind of jewelry from simple delicate designs to high jewelry.
