Referral Offer: Terms & Conditions
1. Campaign Period
The campaign runs from May 15 to August 31 (inclusive). All referral actions and credit redemptions must be completed within this timeframe.
2. Eligibility
- Referrers: Must be existing customers with a verified purchase history.
- Referred Friends: Must be new customers who have never held an account or made a purchase with us.
3. Rewards & Validation
- Referrer Reward: AED 500 credit per successful referral.
- Friend Reward: AED 500 discount on their first purchase.
- Validation: Rewards are issued only after full payment is confirmed and the “no return or exchange” period for the referred purchase has concluded.
4. Reward Redemption Tiers
To ensure clarity, the minimum spend is based on the total order value, regardless of individual item prices:

High-Value Redemptions: If you have accumulated more than AED 1,500 in referral credits and wish to redeem them in a single transaction, you must consult with our team for manual verification.
5. Usage Rules
- Order Flexibility: Credits can be applied to one or multiple transactions.
- Minimum Threshold: Credits cannot be applied to any order or transaction with a total value below AED 3,500.
- Exclusivity: Credits are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be combined with other promotions.
6. Adjustments & Rights
- Cancellations: If a referred purchase is canceled or refunded, the associated credit will be revoked from the Referrer’s account.
- Amendments: The company reserves the right to modify these terms or terminate the campaign at any time.
