Referral Offer: Terms & Conditions

1. Campaign Period

The campaign runs from May 15 to August 31, 2026. All referral actions (referral submissions and reward eligibility) must be completed within this timeframe.

Referral credits earned during the campaign will remain valid until August 31, 2027, regardless of when they are issued. Credits cannot be used after their expiry date under any circumstances.

2. Eligibility

  • Referrers: Must be existing customers with a verified purchase history.
  • Referred Friends: Must be new customers who have never held an account or made a purchase with us.
  • Definition of New Customer: A “new customer” is defined as an individual who has never previously made a purchase, registered an account, or used any contact details (phone number, email, or payment method) associated with an existing customer.
  • Anti-Fraud Clause: Referred customers must be unique individuals. The company reserves the right to reject referrals suspected of self-referral, duplicate accounts, or fraudulent activity.

3. Rewards & Validation

  • Referrer Reward: AED 500 credit per successful referral.
  • Friend Reward: AED 500 discount on their first purchase.
  • Unlimited Referrals: Referrers may refer unlimited new customers during the campaign period. Each successful referral will be rewarded in accordance with these terms.
  • One-Time Referral Reward Rule: The referrer will receive AED 500 credit for each new referred customer only once, based on their first successful purchase. No additional credits will be issued for any future purchases made by the same referred customer.
  • Referral Tracking Rule: The referral must be declared at the time of purchase. The company is not responsible for untracked or unclaimed referrals after the transaction is completed.
  • Validation: Rewards are issued only after full payment is confirmed and after the applicable return/exchange period as per company policy has concluded.
  • Credit Activation: Referral credits can only be used after they have been officially issued and confirmed.

4. Reward Redemption Tiers

To ensure clarity, the minimum spend is based on the total order value, regardless of individual item prices:

The above tiers apply per transaction.

High-Value Redemptions: If you have accumulated more than AED 1,500 in referral credits and wish to redeem them in a single transaction, you must consult with our team for manual verification.

Approval Clause: High-value redemptions are subject to approval and may be declined at the company’s discretion.

5. Usage Rules

  • Order Flexibility: Credits can be applied across multiple transactions, provided each transaction independently meets the applicable minimum spend tier.
  • Minimum Threshold: Credits cannot be applied to any order or transaction with a total value below AED 3,500.
  • Exclusivity: Credits are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be combined with other promotions.
  • Tier Integrity Rule: Credits must follow the defined tier structure per transaction and cannot be partially applied in a way that bypasses minimum spend requirements.
  • Pricing Clause (Gold Rate Protection): Prices are subject to change based on the prevailing 18K gold rate at the time of purchase. Referral credits do not lock or guarantee pricing.
  • Refund Limitation: In the event of a refund, any portion of the payment made using referral credit will not be refunded in cash and will be forfeited.
  • Any unused referral credit balance remains valid within the campaign period and must comply with the applicable minimum spend tiers at the time of redemption.

6. Adjustments & Rights

  • Cancellations: If a referred purchase is canceled or refunded, the associated credit will be revoked from the Referrer’s account.
  • Amendments: The company reserves the right to modify these terms or terminate the campaign at any time.
  • Fraud & Misuse: The company reserves the right to investigate, withhold, cancel, or revoke any referral credits in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or manipulation of the referral program.
  • Discretionary Cap Clause: The company reserves the right to limit or cap referral rewards per customer if deemed necessary.
  • Final Decision Clause: In case of any dispute, the company’s decision shall be final.
